Jessica's Story

Jessica's family visited the Cotswolds in May 2024.

Jessica was diagnosed at 18 months old in 2015 with an inoperable brain tumour, she has endured 4 different protocols of chemotherapy over 7 years and most recently underwent complex neurosurgery at Bristol as her tumour has kept growing and caused acute hydrocephalus.

Jessica has been left with significant deficits since surgery and is currently waiting to start the next treatment due to progression already.

She is an incredible little girl who has fought all her life, she is the strongest and most loving girl.

Her little brother Jacob is 6 and is her best friend, they are inseparable and have the most wonderful relationship.

We don't know what the next step is for Jessica yet but as a family we stand strong right beside her and are a force to be reckoned with.

Thank you to everyone at BSF for this much needed break
